1. AUTHORISED USE ONLY

DroidHog is a security analysis tool intended exclusively for:

• Security professionals conducting authorised penetration tests
• Developers analysing their own applications
• Organisations assessing applications they own or have written permission to test

You must NOT use DroidHog to analyse applications without explicit written authorisation from the application owner.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree NOT to use DroidHog to:

• Analyse third-party apps without authorisation
• Extract credentials or intellectual property for malicious purposes
• Facilitate attacks on live systems
• Circumvent security measures for unauthorised access
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

3. DATA & PRIVACY

APK files uploaded to DroidHog are stored securely in AWS S3 and automatically deleted after 30 days. Scan results are stored for 90 days. We do not share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store card details.

4. LIABILITY

DroidHog is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of scan results. Security scanning is inherently probabilistic — findings may be incomplete. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account credentials or API keys. Suspected account compromise must be reported immediately.

6. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Free tier limits apply as stated on the pricing page.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Suspected illegal use will be reported to relevant authorities.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
